Dear MineRP customer, partner and employee

The spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) is the most serious global health security threat in decades. MineRP’s thoughts go out to all who have been affected by the outbreak, and we are deeply grateful to the thousands of healthcare workers who are on the front lines helping our communities.

As uncertain times challenge our company, industry and the world around us, MineRP is committed to taking every responsible step possible to slow down and prevent the spread of COVID-19. We are adhering to all the recommendations and guidelines advised to us by our President, the NICD and various global and local health authorities.

All business travel has been suspended and as informed by applicable local/regional legislation, travelling employees from our various international offices have been following appropriate isolation protocols once they arrived back in their home country. In-person meetings are being limited, and where possible we have virtual alternatives for all meetings and events.

We are still able to collaborate on projects, host meetings and support our clients via phone calls, Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business and Starleaf Video conferencing.

If you do need to visit MineRP at our offices, rest assured that we are taking your and our health very seriously. That is why you will be asked some health-related questions, your temperature may be measured and you will be requested to use hand-sanitizer and maintain wise social distancing. Should you prefer to rather meet virtually, please book a virtual meeting with us as discussed above.
